Ergon Gfr1

The Ergon development team has designed the new gravity-focused grip series GFR1 in close collaboration with athletes and teams, including Tahnée Seagrave (UK) and her colleagues from the Canyon FMD Racing team. This approach enables them to create products that meet the highest demands within their target group and can be used at the very limit.

The slim overall shape of the grip provides maximum feedback, while the ribbed section under the palm offers an extremely high level of damping. The lower grip zone, which covers the fingers, is strongly pronounced to minimize gripping forces when lifting the front wheel. The slim inner stop further assists in finding the right hand position while still providing free shifter access.

To prevent the grip from twisting, even on carbon bars, the high-strength alloy clamps on the inside keep it firmly in place. The Factory version of the grip offers incredible grip and rebound properties, with a soft yet super defined and precise feel.
